MDG Events strives to provide a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality experience at every event. By booking our services, the client agrees that MDG Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of our equipment or services.
Clients and guests are responsible for using all equipment safely and following any guidance provided by our staff. MDG Events is not responsible for circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to venue conditions, weather, or interruptions to power or internet service.

POLICIES
At MDG Events, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the following policies:
Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payments
The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event. Accepted payment methods will be discussed at the time of booking.
Privacy Policy
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
Travel Fees
We proudly serve San Antonio and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area and will be discussed during booking.
Privacy Policy
Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, level space for setup, as well as access to a standard power outlet. Adequate space is required for optimal setup and guest experience.
Timing
Our team will arrive prior to your scheduled start time to ensure timely setup. Additional time beyond your package may be available at an hourly rate.
Liability
MDG Events is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss resulting from misuse of equipment or unsafe conditions at the event.
